• Trade dates, quantities, prices, symbols, strategy fields, and notes
• Derived performance analytics, risk metrics, and journaling data

C. Imported and Synced Data

• CSV/JSON import payloads parsed into internal ledger records
• Brokerage and market data obtained from authorized integrations
• Connection metadata such as sync timestamps and status

D. Product and Device Data

• IP address, browser type, device type, session telemetry, and error logs
• Feature usage data, page views, and interaction events
• Security-related logs used for abuse prevention and diagnostics

We collect information:

• Directly from you (account creation, imports, entries, settings, notes)
• Automatically from your use of the Service (logs and telemetry)
• From third parties you authorize (for example, SnapTrade and market-data providers)

• Process imports and brokerage synchronization you request

5. AI/ML and Community Aggregates

The Service may train and run models using your account-scoped data to provide personalized analytics and recommendations. We also produce anonymized aggregate statistics for community-level insights.

• Personalized model artifacts and prediction logs remain account scoped.
• Community insights are designed to avoid exposing direct personal identifiers.
• Aggregate outputs are statistical summaries and are not a disclosure of individual account data.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data:

• With infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf
• With third-party integrations you explicitly authorize
• In connection with legal requests, compliance duties, or enforcement actions

The Service may rely on third-party services such as Google OAuth, SnapTrade, cloud hosting, and market-data providers. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party policies, outages, or security practices outside our control.

We retain personal data as long as needed for service operation, legitimate business needs, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and contract enforcement.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, and archival systems for a limited period. If you request account deletion, we will process deletion in accordance with operational and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including encrypted transport, authentication controls, and access restrictions.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge this risk when using the Service.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Correct, update, or delete records you control
• Disconnect linked services and remove synced accounts
• Request account deletion by contacting us
• Request a copy of account-scoped data where reasonably feasible

We may need to verify identity before processing certain requests.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that data may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our vendors operate. Data protection laws may differ from your local laws.
